This is frisbee the 1st thing I learned for pe!!!!
This has alot of techniques too. This sports have lots of movements and the most important technique or basic is the ANGLE. It also depend on the speed, and strength too... but, the angle is the most important.
Once I know the techniques, it was easy, it was so easy that I needn't have to prac. this one and prac. catching.
* REMEMBER THAT THE IMPORTANT INFO. LIKE THE STANDARD IS IN THE DOC.
